Issue while setting up Assignment Manager.
1)Initially setup a territory(Named 'ABCD') with transaction qualifier = Postal Code (Transaction Type =Account).
2) Next Qualifier value ='111111'(For ex)
3) After this defined a customer with postal code = '111111'. in Contact Center
4) Now when I create an SR and expect the assignment manager to select territory 'ABCD'.(Assisted mode). But then this is not happening.
Does the postal code mentioned while setting up 'Territory' difer from postal code of the Customer.??
