Destination type in PO distribution

Hi,

I have created an expense item,ie In the inventory tab inventory item,stockable,transactable is unchecked.

While creating PO for this item,in the shipment I have check accrue at receipt check box.

Now in the distribution of the PO destination is LOV shows only shop floor.

Also its asking for

"Please enter all required outside processing information"
