401K in total compensation statement for NON US BG
customer is an intenational operating company with 1.400 employees. The system has been setup with an International BG, so one BG with "new" legislation. Now for employees in Netherlands, Singapore and the US customer would like to create Total Compensation Statements to show all benefits paid by employer to an employee.
In genereal this will be done by using elements with values per employee.
Now for the US I see there's a 401K option.
Can some one tell me what 401K is and if I setup 401K for a non-US Business Group?
Can someone share a setup description with me?
