ora-01403 saving GL Journals

 Hi,

we are on oracle apps 11.5.10.2

We are testing the apps after installing the 11i.FIN_PF.G (3653484) & Jan 2011 CPU patch.

while saving any journal in GL, noticed the following error. This used to work fine before the patch install. So, wea re unable to save journals.
ora-1403: no data found
ora-06512: at "APPS.GL_JE_LINES_PKG". line 1060
FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403
