Hello everyone,
With the great feedback you have provided us over the past couple months, we understand finding information about patches, firmware, or software updates has been quite a change and challenge for many of us with the Sunsolve to My Oracle Support transition. We are working very hard to improve the experience with regards to navigating My Support Oracle to make it easier and quicker to find your patch and update requests.

I'd like to share with you two main areas where we have centralized a lot of this information:
