2. UNIX parameters configurable parameters:

Set to point to the language and country where the customer is.
i.e. for Greece and Greek language
LANG=el_GR.utf8
LC_ALL= el_GR.utf8
NLS_LANG= "GREEK_GREECE.AL32UTF8"
3.Regional & Language Settings in Control Panel
Again set to the language of the country where the customer is.
i.e. for Greek language
Reginonal Options=Greek
Advanced=Greek
4. Internet Explorer Settings:
OMS/Provisioning Web Client
i.e. for Greek and Greece.
1) Set in Tools->Internet Options->Languages->Language Preference Greek[el-GR] .
