scheduler stopped send emails

Hello,

I have a database 11.2  hpux with several scheduler jobs configured.
After the creation of this scheduler jobs I configured it to send email notifications to different recipients. This operation runned for a while but suddently it stopped sending them. Now, sometimes when I create/edit a scheduler job, some emails are sent but then it stops and no other email is sent.

I already checked the configurations and can't find anything diferent. Already saw and followed the video on doc 1107813.1 .

Can you please help me out?
