Sometimes email do not come in Siebel

 Hi,

We are using Siebel eMail response and sometimes our users complain that the email never came into Siebel although the email was sent by the customer.  We have checked the Comm inbound log files and did not find any errors.

Have you noticed similar kind of issue , if so than how did you resolve it ?
