Serial Numbers

We have some part numbers that are serialized - chassis - that are components on configured work orders We don't want to hard commit them until the inventory is issued.

Manufacturing Constants are set to soft commit  at parts list creation to the primary.

R31410 does not bypass commitment processing. After R31410 is run there are commitments in LIQOWO work order hard commit.

As part of super backflush the component serial number must be selected, however, it is not available.
