MOAC Question for R12.1.3 Upgrade

 Are we missing something?  Trying to find a way to resolve this issue so that it is not so error prone.

·         Customer has multiple Sets of Books in 11i in one Country even though the Currency, Chart and Calendar is the same for these Sets of Books.  The decision was to create one Set of Books for each OU in the country, if there are more than one OU in the country.  A single Set of Books may have multiple BSVs.

·         The plurality of Sets of Books warranted multiple responsibilities for transaction processing in sub ledgers as there are as many OUs as Sets of Books.
