From
Oracle
Database 11.2 onwards,
Oracle
recommends the value of O7_DICTIONARY_ACCESSIBILITY as FALSE (for better security on the
Oracle
Database data dictionary).
During OSM Installation/upgrade – Instead of setting O7_DICTIONARY_ACCESSIBILITY to TRUE, customer can use any Oracle Database administrator user (Eg.: sys) with ANY privilege.
Post OSM Installation/running – There is no effect of this O7_DICTIONARY_ACCESSIBILITY value. Its value can remain FALSE.
