Do we have to change TIME_ZONE settings in oms.ear file or in OSM database schema after Daylight Sav

There are two places where OSM timezone information is saved 1. In OSM database om_parameter table
2. In oms-config.xml file in oms.ear file

If in both places the OSM timezone information are set correctly (in both places the timezone information should have the same vaue), then there is no need to do anything extra when DST starts/ends.

Please refer to Note 1242534.1 How To Change OSM Timezone Setting After Installation - if you need to change timezone settings.
