Is there any webservice available to complete a task automatically?

There is no webservice as such available to complete a task. But you can use the XML API function CompleteOrder to complete a task. Please refer to the Developer reference guide for the details.
Webservice for CompleteOrder can be implemented using XML API, but it requires customization. In fact, a webservice can be created for any XML API function.
