    Important Updates to the E-Business Suite Error Correction Support Policy, Document ID 1304970.1.


The Oracle E-Business Suite Error Correction Support Policy (Document 1195034.1) was recently updated with important information about minimum baseline patch requirements for Extended Support.


A minimum level of suite-wide release update packs, product family release update packs, critical patch updates, and applicable technology stack certifications will be set for each E-Business Suite release prior to its transition from Premier Support to Extended Support. For E-Business Suite (EBS) version 12.0, Premier Support will end in January 2012 at which time Extended Support begins. Extended Support EBS customers will be required to have implemented the minimum baseline patch requirements for any bug fixes as identified in the Oracle E-Business Error Correction Support Policy.
