Create Billing Intrfc Report

 I'm researching the Billing interface screen for the "Range Selection" Interface ID. When that selection is made the "Interface ID:" and "To Interface ID:" window pop up without the drop down or Magnifying Icon to allow for Interface ID values to select from. Has this issue been around for while? If so, is Oracle working on a fix to allow drop box lookup?
