JDE BI Publisher Scheduler setup- BIP 10.1.3.4, DB2 v9.0--Cannot create JDBC driver of class 'hyperi

JDE BI Publisher Scheduler setup- BIP 10.1.3.4, DB2 v9.0. Created a jdbc connection and it is functioning as expected. However I cannot successfully test the scheduler or install the Schema.  Can anyone tell me if my connect string is the problem?

Database Type: IBM DB2 v9

Connection String: jdbc:hyperion://WXXX.WX.COM:1433;DatabaseName=bipscheduler

User: JDE

Database Driver: hyperion.jdbc.db2.DB2Driver
