CAN NOT DRILL DOWN TO PA FROM GL AFTER UPGRADING FROM 11I TO R12

We did not apply a pre-upgrade patch (10231107) in 11.5.10 to enable drilldown to PA from GL. - Has anyone else had this problem?  Is there a datafix once you get to 12.1.3?
