Error corrupt block

Hi,

In this moment i have a proble with my database version 10g 

Te error in the alert.log is this:
Corrupt block relative dba: 0x00401e32 (file 1, block 7730)
Fractured block found during buffer read
Data in bad block:
 type: 6 format: 2 rdba: 0x00401e32
 last change scn: 0x0000.0008220b seq: 0x1 flg: 0x06
 spare1: 0x0 spare2: 0x0 spare3: 0x0
 consistency value in tail: 0x00000000
 check value in block header: 0xee1
 computed block checksum: 0xc049
Reread of rdba: 0x00401e32 (file 1, block 7730) found same corrupted data
