ASCP, MRP workbench = PR Expedited before Existing PO

Hi, anyone have any notes or feedback on ASCP and how it ranks order type for release, pull in, push out, cancel recommendations.

We are looking at a specific issue where ASCP is instructing buyer to pull in a Purchase requistion but not an Purchase order. Intuition would be to prioritize a PO over a PR.

Present thinking is that the pending PR was created before the open PO. ASCP takes PO and PR as scheduled supply.

Appreciate any formal Oracle guidance.
