COnsignemnt Purchasing Price change management

 Hi all,

Looking for white paper or detailed recommendation for managing price changes for consignment good. We have a really good handle on consignement process and the delivery PO (receipt) versus USE PO (payment).

We are struggling with tracking price changes on the inbound and tying the payment (use) to the reciept PO.

We will agree to price changes on the inbound inventory, these goods can be in inventory 30-40 day. We want to consume aged goods at old value before updating changing to new price on USE. This is a hard thing to coordinate.
