Formulas for Fees on Accounting Templates

 Team, Is it possible to define/attach a formula to the accounting template for any fee to calculate the value?  For example, an Insurance Fee calculated at .008 of the Asset Value, or a Security Deposit with a calculation of the amount using a formula?
