Oracle and learning

Not sure where to dump this question so i ask here.

Im only a part-time DBA. So im curious how you guys maintain your knowledge when you don't use Oracle everyday. I'am Oracle 9i and Oracle 11gR1 OCP but i sure won't pass those

exams today.

The only thing i do on a regular basis is restoring/cloing test databases from production.

Everything i do is via Enterprise Manager Grid Control. Dont write SQL og PL/SQL either. So im rusty at that area too.
