too slow sql's

 Dear All,

From time to time I can not run sql's on the database, meaning that if normal they are runing for a few minutes now I have to wait few hours to get results.
This happens once at the begining of January and second time at the begining of march.
Looking on UDUMP I sow in the trace files the error:

opitsk: network error occurred while two-task server trying tosend break; error code = 12571

After two days the situation was coming back to the normal.
I could not find an explanation.

Please could you help me?
