upgrade oracle db 10g 10.2.0.2 to 10.2.0.4

Hi,

We use EBS R12 using Oracle DB 10g.

I just upgrade the database from 10.2.0.2 to 10.2.0.4, because i want to apply the patch set R12.HR_PF.A.DELTA.7 on apps tier. It's done. I dont upgrade the db to 10.2.0.3 first, just upgrade it to 0.4.

The question is :
Is it ok? Do I missed the solved bugs on 0.3 or it'll be applied automatically on 0.4.
