Migrate ASM from Server A to B both with Linux

Hello friends,

I have a question about one process that I need to do:

The situation is that we have an Oracle Database 10.2.0.4 which use ASM to store data in a server with RedHat Linux  but now we need to move this database into anothe rserver with the same O.S.

My question is about the ASM instance and the current diskgroup. Can I move the disks into the new server and just attach it into the new ASM instance? I'm scare about lost the data of those ASM disk.

I hope you can help me and can give me some instructions or advise about how can i mount the asm disk into a new ASM instance in another Server.
