iSupport and User Surveys

Hello all,   I've reviewed the iSupport and Oracle Scripting documentation but it's not clear to me if it's possible to generate a link back to a defined survey.  We are looking at having a link back to a predefined oracle scripting survey embedded in a closure notification whenever an SR is closed.  So when the SR is closed it will send an e-mail to the contact on the SR and embed a link back to our survey for their feedback.  I can see in the documentation that I can create a survey and make it availble in iSupport but it
