How to disable View accounting from Receipt and Transactions forms in 11.5.10?

Hi there,

Does anyone know the way to disable Tools --> View accounting for Receipts and Transactions form in AR in 11.5.10?

I found a note for R12.  The way to do it is to go to responsibility --> menu --> exclusion function.   However in 11.5.10, we don't have the function it mentioned, SLA: View Accounting - Lines Inquiries.  I also checked our functions and have tested a few without success. 

There is another paper, titled: How to disable Tools View Accounting on Transactions, Receipts and Adjustments form, but it apparently is disabled for itself :-).

We are on 11.5.10 and please help!
