Price list loading

 Hello

I want to load Price list ,i have 13 OU and 25 org which are belong to different OU.....bt i want to know price list will  b loaded in Master org or respective there org?because someone told me price list will b loaded by Operating Unit wise,bt in price list setup there is no option to select OU.......can anyone guide me ?
