Asset Transaction from AP not shown in GL journal

Dear All,

 While running Create accounting the process took long time and DBA had to cancel the concurrent program. as a result now statement of account from AP shows some transactions while in General ledger there no such transactions. What should we do to make these transaction appear in GL journals
