Error in defining Organization

To All,
While defining Organization in Oracle Inventory i am getting below error

APP-PER-52803:Your business group does not match your security profile

We already do the given steps

HR: Security Profile --  business Group name
HR: Business Group --  Business Group Name

but the problem isn't solved some one guide me the steps to resolve this issue?
