How to remove Expense Account as default to Requisition Charge Account?

Hi,
I want to set up iProc in a way where users can choose the charge Account.
But it is defaulting to Buyer's Expense Account which I do not want.

I have checked the profile option Set POR: Apply Expense Account Rules to Favorite Charge Accounts to No. 
That does not help.

Could someone please answer my question.

It is on R 12.1.3 please.
