Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Clarification on WAIT_TIME - in V$session-wait

I see in V$SESSION_WAIT - WAIT_TIME - is A nonzero value is the session's last wait time. A zero value means the session is currently waiting.

When its Non-Zero, is that the time - session was waited for last time for THIS event ? or for Previous wait event.?
