Hi -
Customer is looking to implement BI Publisher to replace CreateForms and had a few questions - see below.  Any help would be much appreciated.

1) Would BI Pub support UTF8 character encoding ?  (so we don’t require all customers to enable encoding on their outlook, to be able to display double byte characters in APJ region)

2) Can BI publisher send emails to Gmail and hotmail.. ects ? (in otherwords is there any limitation to any email types)

3) Does Embedded version of! JDE- BI Pub has limited functionalities that it can’t generate Chinese characters in email body ?
