Asess pre-upgrade customizations

 Hi All,

Is there any Proprietory tool to assess the extent of customizations done on the Repository before planning an Upgrade..else is there any definite rule to evaluate the Siebel Upgrade or Re-Implementation.

Found following steps in Upgrade guide.

1)Evaluate the complexity of the upgrade

2)Assess the current Siebel environment and evaluate the existing implementation

3)Estimate the level of effort to upgrade

Can someone help us to understand the above steps in detail.
