E1: Updating scrap percentage on open work orders

 Hi,

I just joined the Oracle support community and have a situation for which I need some ideas. We have many open work orders in which some of the components need their scrap precent  changed. I see a SCRP field in F3111 and I can update it to the new value using SQL. However the ordered quantity on the parts list does not get updated with the new scrap percent even after I run R31410. Is there any way to make such updates to open work orders?

Retyping the WO quantity on the header in P48013 did not recalculate the parts list ordered quantity.
