iStore -- Can we remove the Add to Cart Feature?

 Hi,

We have a requirement not to let users to place orders or quotes or add items to the cart for one of the sites. The site is only meant for browsing products and their list price. Any suggestions on how to implement these two features? We cannot turn off the Customer order enabled feature as other istore sites are meant for placing orders/quotes. Appreciate your help.
