Managing two ASR Managers; Service Tags issues

Hi,
Im starting to setup ASR on our data centers, I'm wondering how will the management in MOS(My Oracle Support) will look like if I have two ASR managers, one for production environment and the other for testing. These two are located on a geographically separate data centers.
