Oracle Database 10.2.0.5 patchset 4 errors since Sunday

Hello,

I've got some problems with an Oracle Database 10.2.0.5 patchset 4 since Sunday at 3:30 PM (after summer time change) :

All instances on this server sends me an "shared memory realm doesn't exists".
Server is on VMWARE Windows 2008 R2 X64 with 8GB memory and is installed since 11 March 2011... Without any problem before...

Log is binary, so I can't read within it...
Also, I Cannot create any database with DBCA (error ORA-03113, at the bennining of the process)...
