How can we secure the Social Security# on W9 tax Attachment on PO Supplier screen

 We are currently on 10.2 of Oracle financial applications running Core Financial applicationa and Oracle Purchasing. We have a requirements for our Suppliers that are individual to complete their W9 tax form and incule their Social Secuirty # as this is required for our year end 1099 processing. However, at the same time we have an issue the these W9 with Social Security# should only be seen by Authorized staff in our Procurement and noboday else in our organization. We are intending to attach these W9 document as a attachement on the Oracle Supplier screen. However we would like to
