Customer Account 'asks you to save changes'

Hi All,

A user has mentioned that when they go into 'Collections/Customer Accounts' and click on the Customer tab, it asks you to 'save the changes' even though no changes have been made.

They say that this is new although I'm not so sure.

Is anyone aware of why this is or what could have caused it.
