Granularity of pick slip report?

 Hi,

       I see the pickslip report at the granularity level of delivery detail. But I see some cases where I got duplicate records for the pickslip report, these items aren't serial controlled. I checked in developement and production instances, in both cases duplicate records exists for delivery details.
