Customer unable to access free eSeminars

One of my customers is attempting to access seminars listed on the free eSeminars for April 2011 - sent me this email -

"  I am unable to login into the Oracle iLearning with my Oracle Support ID....

And also for Site... what do we need to give....

Can you please guide me to get into this site.     Log in screen asks for user name, password & site. "
