MSA Good or Bad?

Hi I installed the MSA app in my blackberry, and it looked good.

But I dont understand it, if it is an oracle app made especially for the CRMOD, why if I create an opportunity or any record in the MSA, then it wont show on the CRM? I also have enabled the refresh data every 4 minutes, but I dont see it synchronizes good.

Why it shows you only some records, and you have to go to the search section to find the other records you need?

The calendar shows some info I have in my Blackberry calendar, but "moves it", for example: In MSA calendar, it shows me that I have a friend birthday today at 18:00, but in my Blackberry calendar, it shows me that the birthday is tomorrow (not today), and it has no time (all day), when in MSA it says its at 18:00?
