Limiting access to local catalogs within one Operatinal Unit in iProcurement 11i

 

Dear all,

Does anybody face with the issue how to limit access to local catalog within one Operation Unit. Our organization has one OU. We would like to limit access to local catologs for certain users/responsibilities: certain group of users/responsibilities should have access to certain local catalogs of certain supplier. Punchout and transparent punchout catalog is not the way out for us.

We tried to create separate iProcurement responsibilities with access to certain inventory organization, created master items and assigned them to certain inventory organization, published items in e-catalog hoping that users would see items assigned to inventory organization for responsibilities users used. But this didn't help. Maybe there is profile or personalization functionality or something else that will limit access to local catalogs in iProcurement responsibility depending from inventory organization which assigned to it?
