TNS-12560: TNS rotocol adapter error

 Hi

one of my user is getting error when he try to connect database from another server (ie: windows box). he can able to connect the database from his local machine and other servers, except one server .

i verified the tns file from both windows box and his local machine , both are looks same, but still he getting error. i asked him to use IP instead of host name, then also problem not solved.

this is the listener status from database server..

$ lsnrctl status

LSNRCTL for IBM/AIX RISC System/6000: Version 10.2.0.4.0 - Production on 29-MAR-2011 06:11:37
