"the number of projects in this view has exceeded the adminstrator's limit"

 My client received this error when he opens a project then clicks on EPS, so I increased setting "Maximum Projects per EPS View" to 5,000 in the P6 Administrator.  However, he still gets this error.  Does anyone know where the appropriate setting resides?
