how to calculate depriciation

Hi

Please find here below details . I doubt whether the depreciation is calculated  correctly . Please any one let me know whether the below deprn which  is coming as 13.89 is correct or not ...

Cost 1,000.00 
 Date in Service 31-Jan-11 
 Prorate Date 1-Jan-11 
 YTD Deprn 13.89 
 Accum Deprn 13.89 
 NBV 986.11
Fiscal Year Mar to Feb 
 Current Open Period 11-Jan

 Life in Months 54   

Please help ...
