Element name for Opportunity object Primary Contact External ID field

 I am trying to create a new opportunity from Oracle EBS. I have everything coming in with the exception of the Contact ID. When I do an export of the object, the 'Primary Contact External ID' field contains the EBS Contact ID value. What is the element name I need to use to import this value when using web services?
