oracle 10.2.0.1 need to upgrade to 11g , what is the best path? Where I can find link on oracle the

 We have oracle 10201 on HPUX, and considering to upgrade to 11g.

I searched oracle support for days, cannot find out where it said if 10201 can directly upgrade to 11gr2 or 11gr1.

Can anybody help? Plus what is the  best path to do this upgrade?
