Receiving an error when approving a RI: rvtptcontrol failed

Hello everybody!

We have a problem at the entrance of one integrated Invoice upon receipt.
When trying to approve the RI received a note message: rvtptcontrol failed.

I tried to find some solution in metalink but I did not succeed.

Please tell me if you have done so?
